How Does It Work?
HLS can service your real estate secured loan for a percentage of the interest collected on your contract/note. Fees generally range from ½% to 4% (our average service is between 1% and 1.5%) on the yield, depending on the loan amount and credit grade of the borrower. We can service any real estate secured loan; regardless of the lien position, type of real estate or credit grade borrower.
